Our menu celebrates the classics of Roman cuisine, amatriciana, carbonara, cacio e pepe, alongside fresh seafood, lamb dishes, and rotating seasonal specials that highlight the best ingredients Italy and California have to offer. A thoughtfully curated selection of Italian wines and a full cocktail program complement each dish, bringing balance, depth, and a touch of Roman elegance to your table.
At Colosseo, hospitality is at the core of everything we do. Our chef-owner, Roberto Ciacciofera, believes dining should feel like joining family for a Sunday meal in Rome. “My house is your house,” he says, a sentiment reflected in every warm greeting, every poured glass, and every plate served with pride.
Whether you’re here for an intimate dinner or a lively celebration with friends, our goal is to make you feel at home, as if you were dining in Italy itself.
Dave’s Hot Chicken specializes in jumbo Hot Chicken Tenders and Sliders, along with sides of house-made Kale Slaw, creamy Mac n’ Cheese and crispy, seasoned French Fries. Offered at seven various spice levels ranging from No Spice to Reaper™ (which requires a signed waiver for those who dare), each piece of juicy, hand-breaded chicken is spiced-to-order. Dave’s also launched its first mobile app and loyalty program to help celebrate its 6th anniversary, and the brand is very pleased with the rapid growth in app downloads and the strong ratings the app has received on the major app store.
